The arm64 build of argyll failed because config.guess was too old to support that architecture: config/config.guess: unable to guess system type This script, last modified 2007-03-06, has failed to recognize the operating system you are using. Could you please take a look? I'd suggest declaring a build dependency on autotools-dev and adding --with autotools_dev to your dh options.
