The Build-Depends of ruby-stringex cannot be installed, as ruby-
activerecord-3.2 is obsolete and is uninstallable (see #756460). The package
should be updated to rails 4.x.

I made an error in the bug number in the changelog entry for
ruby-stringex/2.5.2-2 and closed the wrong bug. This is a an (hopefully
successful) attempt to fix my mess.
