You have a policykit-1 version which uses ConsoleKit as backend, and your corresponding libraries use logind as backend. That doesn't work. While such partial upgrades and mixtures between suites are *not* supported, we will most likely add explicit breaks to the library packages, so such a partial upgrade is not possible.
