Builds of metview in minimal environments have been failing. The immediate error takes the form qmake: could not exec '/usr/lib/*/qt4/bin/qmake': No such file or directory configure: error: Calling /usr/bin/qmake -project failed. so a minimal fix would be to declare a build dependency on qt4-qmake; however, judging by the binary package's dependencies, I suspect you'll actually need libqt4-dev (which depends on qt4-qmake for you).
