Hi,
currently we have
tophat: Depends: bowtie2 | bowtie
bowtie2: Architecture: amd64 kfreebsd-amd64
bowtie/1.0.1-1: Builds only on amd64 kfreebsd-amd64 [1,2]
bowtie/1.1.0-1: Does not build at all (as reported on debian-mentors[3])
What can we do to get tophat and bowtie into testing?
tophat:
1. tophat only Recommends: bowtie2 | bowtie or
2. tophat Architecture: amd64 kfreebsd-amd64
I think 1. is the better option
bowtie:
1. upload 1.0.1-1 for Architecture: amd64 kfreebsd-amd64 only or
2. find a volunteer to fix the build issue 1.1.0-1 (I guess also
in this case we need to restrict to amd64 anyway)
I think 2. is the better option but if there is no volunteer I'd go
for 1.
Any opinions?
