Package: libcryptsetup4-udeb
Version: 2:1.6.6-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
Hi,
your package is no longer installable, because it now depends on
libgcrypt20-udeb, which is nowhere to be found.
This means at least these packages are uninstallable:
partman-crypto-dm
rescue-mode
which both depend on:
cryptsetup-udeb
which depends on:
libcryptsetup4-udeb
Likely a bug in libgcrypt20 (which builds no udeb but leads you to get a
dependency on it) which I'm about to file. I don't see it in the archive
or in NEW at least.
The switch to libgcrypt20 seems premature to me.
[Please keep debian-boot@ (x-d-cc'd) in the loop when replying.]
Mraw,
KiBi.

It's already in. ;)

I was just waiting confirmation and indeed last run has:
| Newly-fixed packages in unstable
| cryptsetup-udeb amd64 armel armhf i386 mipsel
powerpc s390x sparc
| libcryptsetup4-udeb amd64 armel armhf i386 mipsel
powerpc s390x sparc
| partman-crypto-dm amd64 armel armhf i386 mipsel
powerpc s390x sparc
| rescue-mode amd64 i386 mipsel powerpc sparc
|
| Uninstallability trend: better (+0/-29)
| Uninstallability count: 494
→ Closing this bug report accordingly. :)

Don't worry, that's fine. That was caught by the (un)installability
checker, fixed in a few days; nothing to worry about. udebs are a bit
special and it's not as easy to make sure everything is fine as it is
for regular packages.
I haven't checked cryptsetup works fine yet, though. But that's another
story. :)
