Source: python-djvulibre
Version: 0.3.9-1
Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

Automatic builds of python-djvulibre have been failing:

     debian/rules override_dh_installdocs
  make[1]: Entering directory '/«PKGBUILDDIR»'
  python setup.py build_sphinx
  usage: setup.py [global_opts] cmd1 [cmd1_opts] [cmd2 [cmd2_opts] ...]
     or: setup.py --help [cmd1 cmd2 ...]
     or: setup.py --help-commands
     or: setup.py cmd --help

  error: invalid command 'build_sphinx'
  make[1]: *** [override_dh_installdocs] Error 1
debian/rules:18: recipe for target 'override_dh_installdocs' failed
  make[1]: Leaving directory '/«PKGBUILDDIR»'
  make: *** [binary-arch] Error 2
debian/rules:7: recipe for target 'binary-arch' failed

Presumably, this is because their build environments lack
python-sphinx, which is only in Build-Depends-Indep. Could you please
arrange to invoke build_sphinx only when building the
architecture-independent -doc package?

Thanks!
