Works perfectly here in a sid chroot... What does `apt-cache policy libtidy0`
say? Should be s.th. like this:

(SID-CHROOT)muaddib:/# apt-cache policy libtidy0
libtidy0:
  Installed: 20050415-1
  Candidate: 20050415-1
  Version table:
 *** 20050415-1 0
        500 http://ftp.debian.org unstable/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
