The current syslinux bootloader integration is quite ugly, breaks easily (with the themes), is currently not working at all anyway and should be redone from scratch properly rather than just ductaping it all the time. Unfortunately this is not going to be happening in time before the jessie freeze, so i think it's better to not have a bootloader integration at all than a broken/crappy one. Therefore, syslinux as of above upload to experimental has, for the time being no bootloader integration anymore. I'll re-introduce it when i've got it worked out properly at some point in the future.
