There already is a bug open against bzr: http://bugs.debian.org/752386 I'll remove the conflicts when bzr no longer breaks when newer versions of paramiko are installed. This regression in paramiko was causing a FTBFS (a RC bug) in bzr, which would have caused it (and its two dozen build dependencies) to be removed from testing mid-July. Since there was no movement on the side of the paramiko package (http://bugs.debian.org/750517) this seemed like the most sensible thing to do in the short term. Another alternative would have been to patch out paramiko support in bzrlib until paramiko is fixed, but that would have been a much more complex change.
