I'd appreciate if somebody more knowledgeable could check the patch.
Due to the large number of reverse dependencies, net-snmp is one of
the more important packages for the upcoming Perl 5.20 transition,
which makes this FTBFS bug a transition blocker.

The patch seems be fine.

Or kfreebsd.h with content:
