I've taken over the blt package and uploaded the new version which doesn't crash immediately under Tcl/Tk 8.6. I've tried to run skycat (rebuilt with 8.6 too) and it seems to work. So, build-depend skycat on blt-dev (>=2.5.3) and tk-dev (or tk8.6-dev), and it should be fine after that. If some other bugs related to BLT will be revealed, please, report them to the blt package.
