The changelog for 0.99.beta19-2 reads:
libcaca (0.99.beta19-2) unstable; urgency=medium
.
* debian/patches/100_doxygen.diff: remove deprecated Doxygen variables.
And looking at the links above shows that this versions builds on all
architectures, where the build-dependencies are available.
But somehow this RC bug didn't get closed, so I'm doing that now.
