I'm the NetworkX maintainer. I just wanted to point out that we have a new
release which includes fixes for those test errors
https://github.com/networkx/networkx/releases/tag/networkx-1.9. Those turned
up because of nondeterministic ordering when using the default hash
randomization in new versions of Python.
The tests now pass on all modern versions of Cpython and with pypy:
https://travis-ci.org/networkx/networkx/builds/28118176

There are a few API changes in this release (from networkx-1.8.1)
http://networkx.github.io/documentation/networkx-1.9/reference/api_1.9.html .
Most of them are in the flow algorithms part of the package. I don't know if
these affect other dependencies.

Let me know if I can help.
Best Wishes,
Aric
