I can't reproduce this issue here on a freshly updated Debian testing system. I see that python-tk 2.7.7-1 is installed on your system but the latest version in testing is 2.7.7-2. Could you verify and report back if an upgrade to 2.7.7-2 solves your issue? Thanks Markus
