This is known. Scott filled an upstream bug.
I assumed that this has something to do with the fact that we switched from
in-tree llvm to what we have in Debian. I tried to build it with llvm-3.0,
2.9 and the testcase still failed. 
Yesterday I tried to bring the in-tree llvm-back and build it. The build
failed, too. The log is available at [0]. Based on this, I assume an
upstream change between 0.98.1 … 0.98.2 is responsible for this.
