Another solution is to have a (repacked) tarball that doesn't contain ckeditor at all... it's relatively easy to do it with uscan and a Files-Excluded entry in debian/copyright. BTW, the package is again in danger through ckeditor unless #742990 gets fixed (until May 13th).
