Dear Thomas Goirand, I do not know anything about 'minified' javascript files but saw that the three files which were told/asked were present in the upstream 0.9.4 tarball as well.
I did find a discussion which perhaps would enlighten the maintainer as well. https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2012/08/msg00365.html Perhaps this needs to be shared with upstream as well. No idea, just hope that the maintainer looks into it or shares the link with upstream.
