Thank you for the report. This is quite strange, as I am quite sure I tested using pbuilder when uploading to unstable. I must have forgotten it. But anyway, adding dblatex, w3m and zip should solve it. I've commited the fix in git, and will include it in the next upload, sheduled after the next plinth upload.
