I've updated network-manager-pptp in the mean time. You should probably
poke the pppdcapiplugin/isdnutils maintainer. I'm not sure if filing a
bug will be sufficient, since the package looks pretty much
unmaintained, so you might have to NMU isdnutils.

I've uploaded an updated network-manager 0.9.8.8-7 to DELAYED/4 as I
want to let -6 migrate to testing first.
