Control: tags -1 pending I finally found out how to solve this bug. The message "install: cannot stat '*.so*': No such file or directory" is a red haring. It was also there in the original builds. One of the problems with the build system is that the scripts don't have a "set -e" so failures are not stopping the build process.
I will commit two patches to git shortly. One is to "set -e" in the relevant build script to find the real root cause of this FTBFS. And second a simple change in the path in the build scripts to let the build scripts as they are used now run properly. Graham I think you want to take it from there and verify that 0.5.9 works properly. After you verified that, we can upload. After that we will work on making the whole build process of doublecmd better, maybe by changing/fixing lazarus, but that needs further investigation. Paul
