Are the owner ship promissions set right on all otrs file?
use ~otrs/bin/SetPermissions.sh

Well, I think I used www-data:www-data before and now (after the upgrade)
most files are really set to www-data:www-data. Loocking at it there are
a few exceptions:
/usr/share/otrs/var :
Most directories are otrs:www-data (/usr/share/otrs/var/sessions
is www-data:www-data)
--> do you mean I should changes these all to www-data:www-data
/usr/share/otrs/bin :
/usr/share/otrs/bin/DeleteSessionIDs.pl
/usr/share/otrs/bin/UnlockTickets.pl
/usr/share/otrs/bin/otrs.getConfig
--> These three files are otrs:root (everything else www-data:www-data)
So the permissions in fact seem to be a little bit funny and I would love
to see a systematic solution to fix the problem inside the package.
Thanks for the hint anyway and kind regards
Andreas.
