Hi,

for jessie, postgresql-9.1 will be replaced by postgresql-9.3,
rendering postgresql-filedump 9.1 useless there. Please consider
updating the package.

(I've seen there's only pgfiledump 9.2.0 on pgfoundry, maybe there's
more on github...)
