In my system I configured a bridge in /etc/network/interfaces so br0 inteface is listed in /run/network/ifstate.
After removing the row br0=br0 from /run/network/ifstate I can start NM without segmentation fault. I suppose unmanaged interfaces conflicts with WM. Regards
