Hi, "serious" bugs are reserved for policy violation.
The package is not "unusable by most or all users, or causes data loss, or introduces a security hole allowing access to the accounts of users who use the package." so it's not a grave bug either. In most cases, the package is still useable, so to me, this is of severity important. Therefore, I have lowered the severity.
