Package: clamav-freshclam Version: 0.98.1+dfsg-1+deb7u2 Followup-For: Bug #741675
Dear Maintainer, I installed the above version from stable-proposed-updates, same problem with the LogRotate option in /etc/clamav/freshclam.conf. The LogRotate option needs an argument, which, looking at the source I guess should be true or false. I changed the line from “LogRotate ” to “LogRotate true” and commented out the PrivateMirror option, and started the clamav-freshclam service. (The LogRotate option isn’t documented in freshclam.conf(5) so I guessed without looking too much into what the correct value should be.)
