Hi Andreas, I was more or less absent for 2 weeks, but now I pushed some changes to svn. I added a branch for "my" libsbml5 staff, I removed ruby bindings and fixed other build problems; debian/patches/doxygen.patch fixes simply a wrong filename, while debian/bin/python_fix.sh is an very ugly hack for proper building the python bindings - works for me.
