Package: qbittorrent
Version: 3.1.3-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

As the subject says, qbittorrent fails to start with symbol lookup
error: qbittorrent: undefined symbol:
_ZN10libtorrent6detail14integer_to_strEPcil

I think that the problem started to occur after libtorrent-rasterbar7
update from version 0.16.11-2.1 to version 0.16.13-1.
