Hello,
upgrading libc to 2.18 broke boost, e.g. hugin now FTBFS:

/usr/include/boost/atomic/atomic.hpp:202:43: error: invalid type in declaration

This was fixed upstream by
https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/changeset/84950
(already included in 1.55).
Applying this patch to /usr/include/boost/cstdint.hpp let me make
hugin build successfully again.
