Hi,
my sid upgrade fails today as fontconfig-config tries to overwrite
'/usr/share/doc/fontconfig/fontconfig-user.html', which is also in
package fontconfig 2.11.0-3.
The package has the same issue with various other duplicated man pages
and documentation files:

Ah. Thanks for the explanation. So the only purpose of this bug is to
prevent all apt-listbugs users from installing -3.
