override_dh_auto_configure

Thanks to your helpful explanations, I think I have solved this bug
together with the packaging of the new upstream version 0.7.3 of Orthanc
[1]. The proper "Files-Excluded" directive is included in the copyright
file [2], so that there remains only non-minified JavaScript files from
the source package. Minified JavaScript files are re-generated using
yui-compressor [3].
However, I would need an independent review to be sure that I have
properly fixed the package. In particular, I had to introduce the
"+dfsg" suffix to the package version: I am unsure whether this is the
proper way of doing things.
Would you kindly have a look at my modifications, possibly uploading it
if everything is OK?
