Hi,

It seems your package is still using the c2 ABI instead of the
c2a ABI.  They have rescheduled binNMU's of your reverse
dependencies but missed that you also need to do the ABI change
first.  I guess it didn't show up because you olny have a static
library and don't have a dependency on libstdc++6.

Yeah, as we discussed on IRC, the debtags build failure we're seeing is
caused by libapt-front needing to be rebuilt against current apt -- it has
nothing to do with libtagcoll-dev.

If libtagcoll-dev does need rebuilt, we'll find out soon enough -- but
that'll be a separate build failure if and when it happens.
