Dear Maintainer,
according to debian/copyright all files are licensed under GPL2+.
Unfortunately your package also contains files under different licenses,
for example:
include/spd_audio_plugin.h is LGPL 2.1+
src/audio/* lots of files are LPGL2.1+
src/modules/festival_* is BSD-4
src/modules/ibmtts.c (and several other files) are LGPL 2.1+
the documentation is GFDL
and I am sure I missed one or the other.
Please update your debian/copyright accordingly.
