Dear Sebastien, Sorry for my slow response, I am not very acquainted with debian procedures, and hence not sure what to do.
As for the dependencies of the binary package: I think that they should be there: I am copying a version of "/usr/include/glpk.h" and editing it for avoiding conflicts when using swig. I should somehow automate that editing procedure in order to reduce dependencies on the glpk version. Do you agree on this?
