Hi,
this is not a bug in ia32-libs, it's a bug in whatever package
diverted our libGL to another, nonexistent, directory. This breaks
badly and gives bad error messages from dpkg.
As the submitter doesn't tell us what his dpkg-divert --list output
looks like, there is not much we can do except close the bug.
