I'm also facing this problem. According to the Gnome Wiki[1], vino configuration should move to gnome-control-center, but I coundn't find it there too. I took a look at vino's gsettings stuff and found out that you can enable vino to run with
gsettings set org.gnome.Vino enabled true After this command, I was able to run vino with: /usr/lib/vino/vino-server, but when I connect with vinagre, I only get a black screen.
