No, I do mean downgrade. ptlib is invoking undefined behaviour on Doxygen. Doxygen has a syntax inside comments and ptlib provides syntactically incorrect source. This is a bug in ptlib and should be fixed even if it no longer causes Doxygen to enter an infinite loop.
