Hi Andrea, Thanks for the patch. I'm about to sponsor it. In the future note that you shouldn't tag a bug as pending if you are looking for a sponsor. Pending means that a "solution to this bug has been found and an upload will be made soon." [0] Basically it assumes that the maintainer has committed the patch to vcs and is planning to upload it. So the PTS doesn't list the patch in the TODO section, the BTS moves bugs tagged pending to the bottom of the list as they are no longer interesting to the maintainer, etc...
