Ouch!  It installs correctly here, so I am a bit at a loss here.  It's
loading cl-macs, which is where `eval-when' is defined.  Strange.

(I was thinking of killing off this package from the emacs-goodies-el
source; this might be the turning point.)

Thanks for your patience on this...  I'll give it some thought.
