The BTS was confused because the found version and the fixed version were for different source packages. This could be fixed by changing the found versions (which I already did earlier today, when I happened to notice this bug). If a bug is filed against the wrong package, the proper way to deal with it is to reassign it, so that it doesn't count for the wrong package anymore.
