When that changes, you wouldn't have to change anything to get that change on new uploads or rebuilds. If there is a good reason to build using openjdk 7 (and not openjdk 6), you could build-depend only on openjdk-7-jdk and ask for removal of the mips and mipsel binaries. In that case wims would get build on these architectures as soon as openjdk-7-jdk is available on them. Please note that openjdk 6 will probably not be released with jessie (see bug #675495), so it might not make sense to try to get build for these architectures if they don't have openjdk 7 anyway.
