during a test with piuparts I noticed your package is no longer
installable in sid:

While a binNMU should be sufficient to fix up the dependency, this
cannot be done due to the FTBFS #713097

In samba 2:4.0.9+dfsg-1, the libraries have been restructured to fix the
dependencies. Most private libraries were moved to the samba-libs package.
This should fix these bugs.
