This is due to util-linux having libblkid.a built against the old glibc
and this is no longer compatible with the new glibc.  It just needs a
rebuild.

According to jcristau this needs a sourceful upload, i.e. not a binNMU,
due to it being m-a: same.

There was another NMU of util-linux (for unrelated reasons), which seems to
have fixed the issue (by triggering a rebuild).
