The php code in freeradius-dialupadmin uses import_request_variables to get around the fact that register_globals was removed from PHP. In php 5.4 import_request_variables was also removed. It looks like the code from freeradius-dialupadmin would need to be rewritten to work with newer php versions. As long as that doesn't happen, the only option is probably to stop building freeradius-dialupadmin from the freeradius source package. Please note that freeradius is marked for autoremoval from testing because of this bug.
