Ohh - silly me. Yes, I see it now, and perfectly agree with you. Upstream licensing is indeed (possible to interpret as) AND'ed not OR'ed - http://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy2/#(16) contains this: > The slide show script and style sheet can be used freely under W3C's > software licensing and document use policies I contacted upstream just now asking for clarification. I have tried in the past without luck to get in touch with upstream for other reasons (offering a tiny bugfix and translation to danish), so I would appreciate if someone else could try as well - in case e.g. his mail system has mine blacklisted. I also tried calling upstream by phone - will try that again later tonight and (if I remember it) tomorrow during business hours. Failing to get in touch with upstream, I will repackage with Slidy code stripped (also from source). - Jonas -- * Jonas Smedegaard - idealist & Internet-arkitekt * Tlf.: +45 40843136 Website: http://dr.jones.dk/ [x] quote me freely [ ] ask before reusing [ ] keep private
