Workaround: # apt-get install slib=3a1-4.2 # apt-get install gnucash
This looks like my fault -- I'm a newbie to Debian and I'm running a mixed system (testing/unstable). Apt installed slib=3a2-2 (unstable) before, which had the conflict. Sorry for the chatter. I'll go stand in the corner. ;)
