Bastien, this has been discussed with ftp-master before the package was initially ACCEPTed; as this is such a sensitive matter I don't want to dismiss the bug right away. I'm not entirely convinced of that -- in any case, the standards committee is aware that we are shipping these files, and also all other implementors are shipping the exact same files (okay, some have replaced the copyright notice with their own, leaving the content untouched).
