Thanks for the bug report. This was expected; the scan files are being split out from dvb-apps into a separate dtv-scan-tables package. I was reluctant to make changes to dvb-apps because I didn't know how long dtv-scan-tables would spend in the NEW queue. dtv-scan-tables is in unstable now, so hope to fix up the dvb-apps package in a few days when I return from holidays.
