And this command just fails silently? Can you strace the command and attach the output? Nothing in dmesg? The fuse module is loaded? Do you have a fusectl on /sys/fs/fuse/connections type fusectl (rw,relatime) mount? -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
