When the /etc/apache2/conf.d/php-horde.conf symlink already exists, the last command that is executed in the php-horde.postinst script is:
[ ! -L /etc/apache2/conf.d/$CONF.conf ]This has exit status 1, and therefore the complete postinst script has also exit status 1.
